Pecel Kenci (selada air) khas Temanggung
Bahan-bahan:
4 porsi
2 ikat kenci (selada air), siangi dan cuci
4 lembar kol/kubis, potong2 kasar
5 bh kacang panjang, potong2
2 genggam tauge(toge)

BUMBU PECEL

150 gram kacang tanah
2 siung bawang putih
1 ruas kencur
100-150 gram gula merah/gula jawa/gula aren
5 cabe merah keriting (boleh kurang boleh lebi)
1 iris (±1cm) kulit jeruk
secukupnya garam

TEMPE MENDOAN

1 papan tempe, iris agak tipis
1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis
100 gram terigu
1 sdm tepung beras
BUMBU-BUMBU DIHALUSKAN
2 siung bawang putih
1/2 ruas kunyit
1 sdt ketumbar
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
secukupnya garam dan kaldu ayam
secukupnya air

BUMBU PECEL:

goreng kacang dan blender sampai halus/agak kasar sesuai selera. Rebus/kukus cabe sampai matang.
Uleg semua bahan dimulai dari kulit jeruk pecel (kalau pakai) ,kencur dan bawang putih,kemudian cabe dan bumbui garam, setelah halus tambahkan gula merah dan uleg lagi smp halus dan bumbu menyatu. Terakhir masukkan kacang halus dan diaduk dengan sendok+ulekan, koreksi rasa. Sisihkan
Saat akan disajikan tinggal dituangi air panas secukupnya (kekentalan sesuai selera)
SAYUR :Setelah sayur disiangi dan cuci bersih, tata dakam kukusan dan diblancing ±3 menit saja dari air kukusan mendidih,
Siap di sajikan

TEMPE MENDOAN:

campur terigu, tepung .beras dan bumbu halus sampai rata, tuang air sedikit demi sedikit smp didapat adonan licin. Masukkan daun. bawang dan aduk lagi.
Goreng tempe satu persatu smp kecoklatan.

Bahan-Bahan :
300 gram nangka muda
3 ons santan kental
1 liter air
2 batang serai

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus dengan daun jeruk, serai, lengkuas, dan daun salam hingga harum.
2. Masukkan nangka, santan, dan air. Masak hingga nangka empuk dan bumbu meresap.

Langkah

Bahan yg dihaluskan bwng merah,bwng putih,cabe,meri
ca,ketumbar,jahe,kunyit,lengkuas,kemiri
Tumis semua bumbu yg sdh dihaluskan masukkan serai,daun salam,daun jeruk buang batang tengahnya masak hingga harum & mateng
Setelah itu masukkan santan dan beri air putih,masukkan garam,gula pasir aduk2 hingga rata biar santannya gak pecah
Baru masukkan daun kemangi koreksi rasanya yah
Setelah itu baru deh masukkan ikan lelenya masak hingga bumbunya meresap dan siap deh di hidangkan

TUMIS KANGKUNG JAMUR
Bahan-bahan:
Kangkung 200 gram saja
Jamur merang 75 gram saja
Jamur tiram 3 buah saja
Gula pasir secukupnya saja
Merica bubuk secukupnya saja
Garam secukupnya saja
Air bersih 75 ml saja
Minyak untuk menumis secukupnya saja
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
Kacang tanah goreng 1 sdm saja
Cabe merah keriting 3 buah saja
Cabe hijau keriting 3 buah saja
Terasi 1 sdt saja
Bawang putih 2 siung saja

Cara Membuat Tumis Kangkung Jamur Spesial Enak :
Pertama siangi kangkung terlebih dahulu lalu cuci dengan air hingga bersih dan tiriskan
Potong-potong jamur merang dan jamur tiram menjadi 2 bagian lalu sisihkan sejenak
Panaskan minyak pada wajan lalu tumiskan bumbu yang dihaluskan sampa harum lau tambah potongan jamur, aduk dan masak hingga layu

Resep praktis membuat roti goreng


Bahan Adonan :
Bahan utama adalah tepung terigu segitiga biru kurang lebih sebanyak 500 gram.
Gula pasir sesuai selera atau kurang lebih sebanyak 2 sendok makan saja.
Cake emulsifier SP atau TBM kualitas bagus kurang lebih sebanyak 1 sendok makan.
Mentega kualitas bagus kurang lebih sebanyak 3 sendok makan juga.
Garam dapur beryodium sedikit saja sesuai selera atau kurang lebih 1/2 sendok kecil.
Bahan Untuk Biang :
Fermipan kualitas bagus kurang lebih sebanyak 2 sendok kecil.
Gula pasir sesuai selera atau kurang lebih sebanyak 2 sendok makan.
Air hangat hangat kuku secukupnya atau kurang lebih sebanyak 260 ml saja. Jangan terlalu panas, nanti tidak mengembang dan berbuih.
Bahan Tambahan :
Tepung Terigu kurang lebih sebnayak 50 gram.
Air bersih secukupnya sesuai kebutuhan.
Tepung panir secukupnya sesuai kebutuhan.
Abon, keju, nutella, coklat atau lainnya untuk isian secukupnya sesuai selera.
Cara Membuat Roti Goreng Empuk
Pertama ambil gelas kemudian beri air hangat bersama dengan fermipan dan gula pasir kemudian aduk aduk sampai rata, beritutup kemudian diamkan sampai berbuih sendiri selama kurang lebih 10 menit.

250 gram daging ayam, direbus, disuwir
2 sendok makan minyak
2 siung bawang putih
200 gram udang basah, dibuang kulitnya
1 butir bawang bombay, diiris setebal 1/2 cm
4 wortel, diiris tipis serong
2 batang daun bawang, diiris 3 cm
250 cc kaldu ayam
2 sendok makan kecap asin
1 sendok makan kecap inggris
1 sendok teh merica halus
garam secukupnya
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1 potong maggi blok, dilarutkan dalam sedikit air
bumbu penyedap
500 gram kembang kol, dipotong-potong
250 gram jamur merang yang di kaleng
6 butir baso sapi, dibelah-belah
1 buah tomat, dipotong menjadi 8
1 sendok makan tepung kanji, dilarutkan dalam sedikit air.
Cara memasak :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan udang. Setelah berubah warna, berurutan masukkan daging ayam, bawang bombay, wortel dan daun bawang. Tuang kaldu, tambahkan kecap asin, garam, gula, larutan maggi dan bumbu penyedap. Aduk lalu tutup wajan selama 2 menit.
Selanjutnya masukkan kembang kol, jamur merang, baso dan tomat. Terakhir, masukkan larutan tepung kanji dan aduk-aduk sampai kental. Angkat, hidangkan.
