I have made chicken teriyaki recipes and thank God that there have been many successes. When I'm free when writing recipes and being useful for others, it's enough to make me happy. this is the beef version + there are additional tricks so that the meat is tender and not rancid when eaten. Because before, I tried it without the trick of the bold alhasil and the tough meat. But now I haven't used the old recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams of beef (better without fat)
saute ingredients:
3 tablespoons of margarine / butter
4 pieces of garlic (chopped)
2 large onions
1 stick of leeks
7 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (I'm brand: kikkoman)
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (can skip)
1 tsp soy sauce / soyu (can change salt)
1 tsp fish sauce (can skip)
1 tsp mushroom stock
2 tablespoons of water
enough salt, sugar and water
Quick soft meat trick ingredients:
1 piece of medium size pineapple (puree into juice)
1 orange (lime and orange leaves)
supplementary material :
to taste sesame
to taste onion
Step:
Cut thin lengths of beef. Enakan is cut thin when the meat is a bit frozen. Clean wash. Soak in pineapple juice + orange juice for 5-10 minutes. Drain
Sauté garlic + scallion. Add the beef, stir fry until it changes color. Add all the spices sauce + onions. Mix well until cooked
Finally enter the cornstarch until thick. Turn off the fire.
Serve with sesame sprinkles + onion leaves
So it's a beef bowl. Print rice. Arrange the meat on it. Give sesame decoration + scallion
