Sushi salmon / tuna sederhana
Bahan-bahan :
  • secukupnya Nasi pulen
  • secukupnya ikan salmon
  • 2 lembar nori
  • 2 bh telor
  • 1 bh bawang bombay kecil
  • 1 bh Wortel (iris korek dan potong dadu)
  • 1 bh cabe merah besar (cincang halus)
  • Salad/Timun atau sayur lainnya
  • secukupnya Garam,lada,penyedap dan minyak

Langkah :

1. Campur 2 telor dengan Wortel,bawang bombay, cabe dan penyedap,garam,lada kocok lepas dan didadar angkat dan sisihkan
2. Sisa bekas minyak telor dadar bisa masukkan Ikan salmon,goreng cukup sampai matang saja jangan lama dan sisihkan
3. Ambil nori tata nasi diatasnya lalu telor dan sayuran baru dikasih Ikan salmon.selanjutnya di gulung padatkan
4. Olesin dengan air norinya biar lengket dan ga keras,baru potong sushi dengan pisau tajam sambil di balur air pada Saat memotong,sushi siap di sajikan
