Tutorial cara membuat kue Kuping Gajah

Bahan-bahan :

• 300 gram tepung terigu, diayak
• 1/2 sendok teh garam
• 75 gram gula bubuk
• 2 sendok makan margarin
• 1/4 sendok teh vanilli bubuk
• 1 butir telur ayam
• 1 1/2 sendok makan cokelat bubuk
• 75 ml santan kental terbuat dari 1/2 butir kelapa, masak dan dinginkan
• Minyak untuk menggoreng


Cara membuat :

• Kita campur tepung terigu yang telah diayak dengan gula, margarin, vanilli dan garam, aduk semua bahan hingga menjadi rata.
• Kemudian tambahkan telur, tuangi dengan santan sedikti demi sedikit hingga adonan kalis tidak lengket di tangan.
• Kemudian ambil 1/4 bagian adonan, tambahkan cokelat bubuk dan aduk aduk hingga rata.Biarkan sisa adonan berwarna putih.
• Giling tipis adonan yang berwarna putih setebal kurang lebih 2 mm. Tipiskan adonan yang berwarna cokelat juga berukuran kurang lebih 2 mm.
• Kemudian letakkan adonan lapisan cokelat diatas adonan yang berwarna putih. Gulung sambil dipadatkan secara perlahan. Diamkan selama kurang lebih 1 jam dalam lemari es hingga adonan keras.
• Setelah 1 jam keluarkan adonan dari lemari es dan potong potong setebal 1 mm dengan menggunakan pisau yang tajam. Kemudian potongan kecil kecil tersebut tipiskan kembali.
• Panaskan minyak goreng dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak dan goreng adonan kuping gajah hingga kuning kecokelatan, angkat dan tiriskan.
• Setelah dingin simpan dalam plastik atau toples yang kedap udara agar tidak mudah melempem dan kue kering kuping gajah tetap renyah dan enak....
